Payment Method

Returns
If for any reason you would like to return your product, please return within 14 days of purchase unopened with the seal intact. Returns can take up to 21 days to process. A 10% restocking fee will apply to items that are returned back to Select Catering Solutions where there is no fault with the product.
Refunds
You may return your goods unopened within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. Refunds can take up to 21 days to process. Please note that postage and packaging will not be refunded.
Delivery
Free delivery on web orders requires a minimum order value of £60 nett, excluding VAT. A delivery charge of £6.95 will apply for orders under £60 nett. Delivery will be made within 48hrs Standard delivery will apply to UK mainland orders and exclude remote and off shore areas. Standard delivery excludes weekends. Orders that are processed on Friday afternoon will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Standard delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of White. Orders will only be accepted from within the European Union, for delivery charges please contact our sales office on: 08700 707 007.
Stock Availability
All delivery times are subject to stock availability. Items such as our heavy beverage equipment will be delivered within 7 working days. Although most of our orders will be delivered to you within 7 working days, we cannot guarantee delivery times for any products.
Prices
Prices quoted on our site are current as they will show, however we reserve the right to make adjustments if necessary.
Data Protection & Privacy
It is our policy never to sell or pass on your name and address to other organisations. You will never receive “junk mail” as a result of ordering from Select Catering Solutions.

All Select Catering Solutions online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Your information is encrypted by Protx to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – this means your personal information is always secure and encrypted. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. |
